Bidhannagar Residents’ Association, a non-government organization - founded in 1972, is an accredited social organization, functioning for the last 36 years and has now gained the confidence of general people of Durgapur as well as citizens of entire Durgapur Sub-Division. Established in 1972 by 9 dedicated activists, the Association today has expanded to a fraternity of over 55 Clubs, organizers, motivators, associates, and 1900 members from all walks of life.
